MEDICAL IP is shifting from one-time software sales to per-case fees and subscription-based SaaS models to build more predictable, recurring revenue. The company is also diversifying its business through digital anatomy platforms and hardware-related sales.

The company is focusing on the health-screening market with DeepCatch X and DeepCatch C. By integrating AI with scans that hospitals already perform, the products can provide additional analysis without requiring another scan. The article reports that MEDICAL IP’s monthly case volume grew from around 100 at launch to more than 7,000. DeepCatch services have been introduced at 17 branches of the Korea Association of Health Promotion and 23 hospitals, with the company aiming to exceed 20,000 cases per month.

MEDICAL IP is also pursuing international growth through partnerships with medical imaging equipment manufacturers. Its digital anatomy platform, MEDIP Box, converts medical images into interactive 3D anatomy models featuring more than 6,000 structures. According to the article, 46 units have been supplied to 35 institutions, with 20 of those units contracted in the preceding six months. The company is exploring distribution opportunities in markets including the Middle East, India, and Thailand.

Looking further ahead, MEDICAL IP aims to build human digital twins that can support disease-risk prediction and simulation of treatment or surgical outcomes. The company sees these digital human models as a potential foundation for future healthcare AI agents.
