MEDICAL IP Introduces New MEDIP Box Content at the Korean Association of Anatomists

[Reinforcing Clinical Correlation: MEDICAL IP Unveils a New Paradigm for Anatomy Education]

▶ New 'Radiological Anatomy' and 'Cross Section' Features Unveiled, Marking a Leap toward Clinically Integrated Education

▶ Over 20 Institutions Newly Adopted Annually, Expanding Global Market Influence Based on Technological Competitiveness

MEDICAL IP, an AI-based Digital Twin Solution company announced today that it participated in the 75th Korean Association of Anatomists (KAA) meeting. During the event, the company unveiled significant new MEDIP Box content, including Radiological Anatomy and Cross Section features, pioneering a new vision for digital anatomy education.

The meeting, held in Gyeongju from October 15 to 17, served as a vital academic forum for the advancement and exchange across anatomy and various biomedical science fields, drawing participation from professors and researchers nationwide.

At the conference, MEDICAL IP debuted the newly developed 'Radiological Anatomy' and 'Cross Section' features, which were created by incorporating feedback from professors who actively teach anatomy and current MEDIP Box users.

While the existing MEDIP Box 3D content facilitated intuitive learning of over 6,500 anatomical structures of the human body, the new content takes this a step further by providing accompanying clinical medical images used in actual hospitals. This innovation is set to establish a new paradigm for Clinically Integrated Learning, allowing students to connect anatomical knowledge directly with clinical imaging, thereby gaining essential practical diagnostic sense.

An expert visiting the MEDICAL IP booth stated, "This is helpful not only for simple memorization but also for developing clinical intuition by seeing how these structures appear in real patient images. I anticipate this will significantly broaden the scope of lecture design for the faculty."

Domestically, MEDIP Box has already been adopted by major national and private medical schools, and its utilization is rapidly expanding into nursing and other healthcare-related colleges. Notably, following the World Congress of Anatomy (WCA) held in Korea in 2024, MEDIP Box has been newly implemented in over 20 institutions within the past year. Furthermore, adoption discussions linked to the Medical School Educational Innovation Support Program are actively underway. With business expansion gaining traction in overseas markets, including Türkiye and regions in the Middle East and Africa, MEDIP Box’s global market influence is set to be further reinforced.

MEDICAL IP CEO Sang Joon Park commented, “Since being recognized by the Korean Association of Anatomists last year for MEDIP Box's academic completeness and practical utility—an honor which granted us the right to use the KAA’s official certification logo—we have continuously advanced our educational content. We will continue to collaborate closely with the educational field to ensure the qualitative growth of our digital anatomy solution.”
