▶ Received a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare at the KIMES opening ceremony



The CEO of MEDICAL IP, Sang-Jun Park, was recognized for his unrivaled performance and differentiated competitiveness in the digital twin and medical metaverse fields; he was selected as the recipient of a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare.

At the KIMES 2022 opening ceremony, awards were given to the winners of the Minister's Citation.

At the opening ceremony, the Minister of Health and Welfare, Kwon Deok-cheol, said, "medical device companies have taken the global crisis of COVID-19 as an opportunity and made a huge leap forward,” and added, “we will do our best to nurture the medical device industry based on this.”

In response, the CEO Park Sang-joon said, “Medical IP continues to provide medical solutions that can directly contribute to saving patients’ lives with digital twin-capable medical image AI segmentation technology, 3D modeling, CAD/CAM design, and, furthermore, AR, VR, and XR technologies.” He also said, “we will lead the change in the medical paradigm by utilizing cutting-edge medical technologies, from the field of education for strengthening the medical staff’s competence, to surgical navigation as well as AI technology for disease prediction/prevention/monitoring.”
