▶ Non-face-to-face medical image analysis and practical training will be attempted to create an educational paradigm suitable for the post-corona era.
▶ Medical college students are highly satisfied with the non-face-to-face anatomy lecture, and it is expected to be applied to other medical schools.
The 'non-face-to-face' educational curriculum introduced for the first time by MEDICALIP and Seoul National University College of Medicine in preparation for the post-corona era has been successfully completed.
The students, who had taken the non-face-to-face elective course titled as “Study and Practice Using 3D Imaging Software and 3D Printing Technology of Anatomy and Body Structure” at Seoul National University College of Medicine, analyzed medical image data and performed a process of expanding it to various industrial fields.
A company official said, “With many face-to-face lectures being canceled due to the impact of COVID-19, we decided to try non-face-to-face lectures that can achieve high learning outcomes while ensuring the safety of students. The self-directed learning method in which students directly install software to analyze medical data and receive feedback has increased the learning effect.”
